We're excited to have you as a customer. This page is your guide to using our service. Bookmark it—you'll probably only need it once or twice, but it'll always be here if you have questions.
Your Pickup Schedule
Your pickup schedule is assigned based on where you live. In your welcome email, you'll find:
Your pickup weekday
Your first pickup date
Instructions for placing your bin at the curb
Please keep your bin at the curb by 7:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day.
If you're ever unsure of your schedule, just contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Preparing for Pickup
To help us provide fast, safe, and reliable service, please follow these guidelines each month.
Place your bin at the curb before 7:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day.
Leave at least 3 feet of clearance around the bin so it can be safely accessed.
Do not place glass in plastic bags. Please empty bottles and jars directly into the bin.
Labels do not need to be removed.
A quick rinse is appreciated, but bottles and jars do not need to be spotless.
Running out of room? If your bin fills up before your next pickup, you can hold onto the extra glass until your next service or contact us about additional containers.
